NOTICE: Annual dues to support your government are a constitutional obligation for all adult ARNA nationals. They must be paid for each month that you are a national. The fiscal period for dues collection is Oct 1 - Nov 15. At whatever time of year you are nationalizing, you will have to make sure that dues are paid for the months leading into that period.
e.g. If you nationalize in April 2024, this will cover your dues through March 2025. You will have to then pay dues from April 2025 through September/October 2025 (whether $30 monthly or the total all at once), at which time you will pay the annual $360 dues in October/November 2025 to cover your annual obligation leading up to the next October/November of 2026. You will then be able to continue submitting your dues once a year during the proper dues season from there on out.
NOTICE: With notice of hardship you may be permitted to pay dues on a monthly instead of yearly basis.
